“New name. Same great service.” Craven County Regional Airport is now Coastal Carolina Regional Airport. In a renaming and dedication celebration Friday morning, airport authority officials welcomed top brass from Craven County, New Bern and neighboring towns and counties to witness the unveiling of two plaques.
